Return and Refund Policy

1. Right to Return
Customers may return their products within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Return Process
You must first contact our customer service team regarding the product you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent to the address provided.

3. Refund
After the returned products are inspected, your payment will be refunded using the same method. Processing time can take 3–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment method.

4. Shipping Fees
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. In cases of customer-related returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Exceptions

Personal care products and some discounted products may not be eligible for returns.

Damaged products or products with signs of use are not eligible for returns.
